 A pair of guide books packed with photographs that take the hiker, trekker and cyclist  around Udaipur’s gorgeous countryside, with the aid of route maps.  The two volumes detail the south & western and the north & eastern sides respectively.  Apart from the village studies, the mountain walks, the information on festivals, castes and tribes, these books also contain plates showing indigenous trees, wild flowers, birds, mammals, butterflies, bugs and ayurvedic plants.  These volumes open up the previously unseen countryside to every nature-lover.
